Sono stati eletti i 20 finalisti dell’edizione 2017 dei prestigiosi Oscar della fotografia architettonica, ovvero i Premi Arcaid.
Fra questi, la giuria composta da architetti, fotografi ed editori di riviste specializzate sceglierà i migliori lavori. L’anno scorso fu Matt Emmet a guadagnarsi la vittoria grazie alla sua immagine di un serbatoio d’acqua dell’East London Water Works Company a Finsbury Park, Londres.
Nel corso del World Architecture Festival (WAF) che terrà luogo a Berlino dal 15 al 17 novembre verranno esposte le foto finaliste, che potranno essere votate anche dal pubblico dell’evento. Il vincitore sarà proclamato durante una cena di gala e riceverà 3mila dollari. La sua opera sarà esposta a Pechino e a Londra.
